We work hard to give you accurate, helpful information. Please read these notes about how to use it.
General information only
The content on this website, including our travel guides, is general information to help you plan. Hotel details, activities, prices, flight times, seasons and availability change, so please confirm the details with us before you book. Prices shown as "from" are indicative, and only a written quote is binding.
Travel, visa and health advice
Our guides on visas, vaccinations, malaria, safety and money are general and not professional advice. Entry rules and health requirements change often. Please check with official government sources, your embassy and a doctor or travel health clinic about your own situation before you travel.
Nature, weather and wildlife
Wildlife sightings, the Great Migration, sea conditions, tides, rainfall and flight schedules depend on nature and cannot be guaranteed. Our descriptions show what is typical, not what is certain.
Photos and descriptions
Photos and videos show typical scenes, and may not show the exact room, view or conditions on your dates. Hotels may refurbish or change their facilities.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, including our safari specialists, Upcountry Adventures, for the benefit of readers. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information on this website. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law. Our terms of service apply to bookings.
